NSU Nursing Winter 2019

Published

Hi everyone! I'm a long time reader, and brand new member! I couldn't find a forum on here for the Nova Entry-Level Nursing Winter 2019 semester so I thought I would just create one.

I was actually planning to start in Fall 2018 but I saw on a recent post that both the Miami and main Davie campus programs are full for Fall 2018 which is a huge bummer.

Has anyone interviewed yet for 2019? How did it go? How did you dress? Any tips? Thanks! :)

Hi,

the interview questions were basic scenarios and how you'd handle them. They also asked me to tell them about myself. The kaplan wasn't that bad. For the science it was mainly A&P. I scored a 64 on it in total, which really bumed me out. I still haven't gotten any word on whether or not i was accepted. I'm pretty nervous about the whole thing. I think the interview could've gone better TBH.

When did you apply and when did they call you for interview? Are you applying for Winter 2019? I applied on 8/23 and have not heard anything yet. I applied for Winter 2019. Just wondering how long it takes.

Just found out i got in!

congratulations!!! I haven't been called for an interview :( I have a 3.3 gpa, currently taking a&p 2 & microbio

Congratulations. How long did it take for you to get an interview after you applied? I have not yet been called for an interview.

Hi guys,

I just applied at the end of August and I wanted to know how how it takes to get a call to setup an interview. Also which practice test did you guys use?

I applied 8/23 and still have not recieved an interview. I am wondering the same thing. Are you applying to Davie? I live in West Palm, so that is the only campus that is possible for me.

I applied at the end of July and I have not received an interview. Starting to feel a little discouraged:(

Ugh, try and stay positive. Hopefully we will hear something this week.

I got accepted into west coast so there's a plan B just in case.

That is great. How long did it take you to find out from the time you applied?

Whole process is like a month.
