Hey guys I just went to the first interview today for the December ER fellowship today and I was wondering if anyone else did as well, and how do you think it went!?

Hi Nicki,

Congrats on getting an interview. I too applied a few days ago and am praying I get an interview as well. If you don't mind me asking, how was in the interview process? Also did they mention what the salary was? One last question I had was once you get the position and complete the one year fellowship are you automatically going to work in the ER or are there other departments you can shooce from/get placed in? I was hoping if I ot in to the fellowship I would be able to go into L&D.

Just wondering when you applied? I saw the posting but it came down before I applied. It came back up again last week and I was able to apply, do you know what else they may ask for, seems like a short window before the program is supposed to start? Also, have you heard back? Anyone else apply/hear anything? Good luck!

I haven't heard back yet. I just went on the first interview with the nurse recruiter. I applied the first time the post came up and they called me about 5 days later for an interview. They said they do not discuss salary until after you are hired. The December program starts December 2nd

When did you apply? I'm wondering because I just applied last Friday evening-hoping to hear from them by the end of this week- did they tell you already that they will contact you for the second interview?

To anyone who has interviewed already, what type of background do you have? If you don't mind giving me an idea of the type of student you were, work experience, other related activity? Trying to get an idea of what they are looking for. Thanks!!

Hey 2bsnrn,

I applied Thursday night I believe and got a call on Monday. After my interview today she asked if I was available tomorrow. I told her yes so she stepped out for a bit and then came back and gave me the time and who I was meeting with for me second interview

My background isn't much btw. I am a new grad...bsn I have 2 month of cna work from the prior summer. I was pretty good academically and was involved quite a bit of extracurricular...some that were not even nursing related

I got an interview for tomorrow but I'm so nervous reading this thread and it says that the program starts on the 2nd of December and I don't come back from vacation till the 4th. IDK what to do. If i get the offer im going to have to postpone lol
