Aaah...school sucks. I didn't get the e-mail saying I'm in the Nursing Honor Society. I mean, I doesn't really bug me too much because just making it this far is happiness. Does it really make a difference anyway? Can I still get in it after my second semester? Is it worth the $90? Is anyone here in it?
I know of 2 girls that worked in the office of student affairs that worked really close with the assoc. dean, somehow both got accepted, and I know for a fact they probley have less than 3.5 gpa. So it's also who ya know.
Invitation is not based on GPA, as I noted; it's automatic for the top (35% now?) of the class. I was accepted in the fall, but won't get inducted until graduation. Personally, I feel it was an honor because it was a goal I set for myself. But there is alittle flaw, I know of 2 girls that worked in the office of student affairs that worked really close with the assoc. dean, somehow both got accepted, and I know for a fact they probley have less than 3.5 gpa. So it's also who ya know.
