Well, isn't that great! Just subscribed, typed in all the info they needed, logged in and realized I spelt licensed incorrectly. No problem I thought I'll just go back and change it. Nope. Of all the things I can edit that's not one of them. Figures.

So for everyone out there who notices, I know how to spell it, just slow when it comes to proof reading. Oh well. So anyone else reading this and thinking of joining in - you've been advised - pick a good one 'cause that's it!

:lol2: Welcome to allnurses!

You could tell people you were just lice-sensed.

Or, incensed?

Why not just dump this ID and sign up again?

Well, we're glad you're here, anyway! :kiss

And congratulations on being ????? licensed?

Specializes in Mostly LTC, some acute and some ER,.

Lice_sensed? can you sense lice? or are you lice scented. LOL. Thats ok, we all do that every once and a while. i didnt notice untill I read your post lol.

how do you dump an id and sign up again...l put mine in by mistake too....probably too late..l don't think it will let you change w/ same e-mail address....Anyway JL, l am well know for typos too...once when discussing marraige and relationships, l typed in that my next hubby would be old, rich, one foot in the grave and one on a bananna peel....give him a swift kick.........However, what l typed was not ''swift kick''...l typed swift dick...LOL...this was in the chat room, where you can't edit!...welcome!....LR

l.rae and licesensed...

Beg Brian, he has been know to change user names for compelling reasons.

Specializes in Vents, Telemetry, Home Care, Home infusion.

I alerted Brian to see if he can help. Expect an email tomorrow.

Welcome and enjoy our site.

I think lots of us just thought of quick user names so we could check out the sight, not knowing how old the name would get after time.

I wish my name was more exotic, exciting, and thought provoking.

And I am no longer 34 anymore..

I am destined to be 34 for life now :p

You will never guess what year it was when I chose my name! ;)

BBnurse...what name would you choose if you could choose one that is more exotic, exciting, and thought-provoking? (This could start a whole different thread!)

I would ask Brian to change it. Dumping it and making a new one means the other one is floating around in cyber space, and if you look at our member list, it's already full of people who registered, took a name, and never came back.

Seriously, I think by the time us nurses make it to allnurses, we're so tired we don't notice the spelling error (I didn't)

Welcome!

Heather

Yeah...I chose my name when I was still in school and it served as encouragement for me. Now I am tired of it, and it "brands" me !! Oh well....

Heather: What the heck is "Heatherkah" ?????????
