November Visa Bulletin came out!

For Nurse and Physical Therapists, all countries's cut-off date is 01-Oct-2005

Hi eveybody,

im just recently joined here since i believed your comments and ideas are all significant as far as immigration problems are concern.

i have an employer who filed me last 2003 and subsequently got my pocket 4 last AUG 2004. Since i have no visa screen yet for my Interview for Oct 2004, i called embassy to postponed it until such time my VS certificate will arrive and also informing my employer that i've just taken my IELTS at that time. But on NOv 2004 my employer cancelled all my processing and retrogression was about to start last Jan 2005. US embassy sent me a letter last Aug 2005 that they were ready for my interview in Manila. Worst thing was i hve no job contract or offer from my petetioner. I started to look for my new agency who assisted me with all the exams. Today im now NCLEX passer and have my VS certificate as well. My agency filed me last Sept 27 2006 in USCIS. But last Nov 2006 US embassy wrote me that my interview with them expired already(with my previous employer).

Can i use or tranfer my previous PD filed by my prevoius employer to my current status? Do i need to repeat all processes all over again? Is there any chances that i will by pass pocket 2 and 3 since i have my PD already?

Am i affected by retrogression?

As mentioned previously because your previous employer cancelled petition and you have now found a new employer your PD changes from the old to the new, I know from experience as this happened to me last year. Yes you are affected by retrogression

my case is pending.although am hopeful not to be affected by this kinda nurses blues.....let's all pray together that everything will be alright for everyone.

has anyone read the december visa bulletin.....,what does this mean?

I would be more likely to want to see the January Bulletin, which will come out about December 10, 2006 or so.

There is nothing at all in the December Bulletin that makes any difference to any nurse that is waiting, and that is what the concern is.
