Novant Health Nurse Residency Spring 2024 Cohort

I wanted to start a thread for anyone who has applied to Novant's nurse residency program. I had a general interview with HR last week and then a "meet the team" zoom this week. Did anyone else have to interview twice? Has anyone heard back?

@lmm111 not sure what track mine is for here. I put NICU and postpartum as my first two choices, so I am hoping for Women's health track. 🤞🏻

I put NICU as my number one and pediatrics as my second choice

im local, I applied for Winston/Charlotte

@lmm111 oh okay. Wilmington is already an hour away for me, I couldn't drive any further. Wish there was a way to know what offers they were giving out. Talked to a few people and it seems to be a variety of areas. ICU, PCU, NICU/peds

Did either of you get offers based on what you wanted? I literally didn't get into the market I wanted or any of my choices in units. I kinda feel scammed/like my time was wasted.

I applied under women's health track too and I'm waiting for my call next week. I'm feeling slightly anxious about it now. 
 

how did the conversation go if they didn't offer you nicu or adult critical? (If you don't mind me asking)
