Novant Health Nurse Residency Spring 2024 Cohort

I wanted to start a thread for anyone who has applied to Novant's nurse residency program. I had a general interview with HR last week and then a "meet the team" zoom this week. Did anyone else have to interview twice? Has anyone heard back?

Hi! I applied to their residency for positions starting in February 2024. I interviewed 2-3 weeks ago and still haven't heard back about a position.

The HR rep I interviewed with said I should hear back in 1-2 weeks but more like 1. But it's been silence on the HR end for me, as well. Which track did you apply to?

I got an email that I would be notified about an interview in 7-14 does but never was? did this happen to anyone else?

@rach2367 The recruiter said she'd let me know when she hears back from the hiring managers and that was it. I didn't get a time frame

I chose NICU as well! I had an informal zoom with the nurse manager and I think a night shift manager about a week after the recruiter interviewed me. They just talked to me about the unit and what to expect but I still haven't received an offer. 

My portal still says "Under Consideration.” Has anyone else's changed?

Anyone who accepted and started the nurse residency with Novant willing to share what the starting pay is?

I was offered a position but didn't accept. They offered me $31.80 an hour to start in October 2023.
