I chose NICU as well! I had an informal zoom with the nurse manager and I think a night shift manager about a week after the recruiter interviewed me. They just talked to me about the unit and what to expect but I still haven't received an offer. My portal still says "Under Consideration.” Has anyone else's changed?

The HR rep I interviewed with said I should hear back in 1-2 weeks but more like 1. But it's been silence on the HR end for me, as well. Which track did you apply to?

I wanted to start a thread for anyone who has applied to Novant's nurse residency program. I had a general interview with HR last week and then a "meet the team" zoom this week. Did anyone else have to interview twice? Has anyone heard back? Anxiously waiting a decision.
