Nova Southeastern University Entry Level BSN Winter 2014

Hi future nurses! I've been searching for a recent forum of the BSN program for Winter 2014 but couldn't find any so I decided to make one myself. I applied to the Winter 2014 BSN program at NOVA. All my prereqs are done, my GPA is 3.7 and my science GPA is 3.5. I was hoping to receive feedback from anyone who has applied in the past or is currently applying like myself to the Winter 2014 program! Have any of you gotten an interview call yet?:nailbiting::nailbiting:

One more question, do you have classes in progress?

You're welcome! I know how scary this wait can be. I really believe they look at each applicant and all their attributes. It is crazy they still have interviews going on! I do not have any classes in progress. If you don't mind me asking what was your overall and science gpa? I think a lot of times we doubt ourselves without realizing how great of potential candidates we really are. Stay positive & congrats on getting into Chaimberlain! I am still trying to decide between Nova and UM. Have you applied to any other schools? I checked out Remington College Of Nursing as well as out of state programs. There's definitely a lot of options:)

First off I want to Congratulate everyone who got accepted into the program!!! Quick question for everyone who has been accepted and have already spoken to Financial aid. . . after aids and any scholarships were applied, how was of a balance on your tuition was left over for you to cover either out of your pocket or student loans???

:DDDDDDDDDDDD I did it! got into the nursing program for the kendall campus and got the acceptance letter today and its my birthday :] what a gift. my gpa is a 3.39 kap score 73 my science gpa is a 3.78. I did terrible on my interview *the writing process*. And im still taking my last class this semester. hakuna matata! don't worry about doing horrible trust me I did bad on my interview just be yourself and smile a lot. Good luck see u guys soon >_<.>

My science gpa is 3.8 and my overall is almost a 3.7. I'm seeing people get in with interviews after me and a lower gpa also .. I'm on hold until dec and its killing me because I have other schools I need to give a definite decision to by the end of November .. It's a little ridiculous to put me on hold for that long when clearly I have what they wanted .. Minus the kaplan but others have scored in the 60s also and got in. I just don't understand it's so irritating. I'm paying money to hold spots and I don't even know how I'm paying for the schools. I need a private loan which might be a problem.

Got my official email of acceptance today for main campus. Pretty darn excited, life has been on hold since last May when I finished all my prerequisites. Going to put in my 2 months notice at work today, and start prepping for having no life beyond school for the coming 7 semesters.
