Nova Southeastern University Entry Level BSN?

Hi everyone! Just wanted to know if there is anyone who has applied to NSU's Entry Level BSN program RECENTLY and got in. I want to apply for Fall 2013's program. What was your GPA when you applied, how hard was it do you think to get in overall, just any personal experiences with your application journey.

I have a 3.691 currently and have taken Anatomy 1 & 2 with labs and got A's. Now I'm taking Microbiology and getting a B currently, will I be okay? Still have Chemistry and Human Growth and Dev. to take in the spring.

I applied to FIU and Chamberlain as well. FIU is actually my first choice but it's very difficult to get in there so I'm really hoping Nova accepts me :/

FIU accepts only 100 students. I wonder when they are going to send out the letters. Wish you the best of luck, hopefully they accept you! They are looking for that well rounded student. Did you get any community service on your application. How was your Hesi and video?

PTK- Phi Theta Kappa

Award Amount: $1,000; tuition-only award.

Deadline: Not specified. Application: no. Renewal: yes.

Requirements:

  • New PALS transfer students only.
  • Must show proof of Phi Theta Kappa membership.
  • Offered through the Undergraduate Admissions Office to Professional and Liberal Studies students who have transferred from a community college.
  • Students must show proof of previous membership proof in the Phi Theta Kappa organization at a community college with their application.
  • Maintain 3.0 cumulative GPA and full time enrollment for fall/winter terms.
  • Successfully complete 24 credits in the previous 12 months.

I got a couple hours. My Hesi was good and I think my video came out decent. The pre-nursing adviser said we should find out by the second or third week of May through email.

I am still waiting for my acceptance package in the mail. When did you receive yours?( How many days after you were accepted? )

I got accepted on a wednesday and I rcvd my package on saturday of the same week.

My admittance day on the VIP page says 3/20. I received the email on 3/21. Still waiting. :( I guess I will have to call them. Thank you.

I never got an email, only the notice through the VIP page. my vip admitted date used to say 03/13/2013 but it change to 03/20/2013 which is the date that i sign the intent to enroll form.

I did my interview at the Kendall campus earlier today. I feel such relief knowing that it's over. Now to wait for an answer. The panel said it could take anywhere within 2-3 weeks to get a response. Hopefully, I get a response as early as Cookie :yes:
