Hello everyone! I am newly registered to this site but have been reading through the forums since about March. I just finished 2 years at FIU and applied to Nova's Fall 2008 BSN program. I went to the interview back in April and now I am super super nervous because letters starting going out June 1st. I just wanted to see if anyone else was in the horrible waiting game like I was. Also any information about Nova's program would be appeciated.
FYI..I don't know if its for this class or the next one, but they are doing away w/ the interview process. Don't ask me why or how...but I was talking to a faculty member and she told me they are changing the admission process and there are no more interviews. And an update on the tuition - it runs more like $24k/year once you add in fees, health insurance (if you don't have your own), then add in books, uniforms, etc...Good luck..
wow!
failing in my first semester was such a blessing in disguise! I think that the interview was really good, that's how I got in... but good interview skills does not equal good grades so I guess if they take away the interview they will get students that are A's all the way.
I went to BCC and it was the best, super easy and cheap. and now I am getting my BSN for cheap as well.
