Did your e-mail come with paperwork that they need filled out?

Yes, there are several forms that need to be filled out and taken to orientation, there is also a link to do your background check. Maybe they are sending e-mails one at a time, because each person has a different log in (pin) for this...I think, but I'm not sure.

caringforyou: I think each e-mail is specifically for the person because my log in info for the background check had all my private info attached. I think you should request it directly from the school.

I just heard from someone that also applied to the Scholars Program at Baptist, that Nova extended their application deadline for Baptist, so Baptist is still interviewing more people, and from what I was told they will not let us know in two week, it will be a longer wait because now they have more candidates . This is just what I was told, has anyone heard anything similar?

For our physical exam, is there a form that needs to be filled out or do we just have the doctor write a letter or something. Also, with the immunizations is there specific paperwork that needs to be filled out?
