same! with the rest of my pending classes if i get A's in all of them my GPA will go up to a 3.5 but that would be my overall GPA do you know if they look at your overall or your pre-reqs GPA? if its my pre-reqs it'll be higher. ahh im super nervous -_-

I was told by the recruiter that they look at your overall GPA

Hi Nicole, They say the end of May, but I spoke to a friend of mine, and last year when she applied she got her letter the first week of May, when I talk to the recruiter I was told that this semester they were going to accept more student because of the Baptist Schoolarships, my overall GPA is 3.6, whats yours? the wait is killing me to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you going to apply for the schoolarship?

My overall GPA is a 3.4 as of now but after this semester I should have a 3.6 which is why I'm super nervous. I hope I find out asap. And yes I want to apply for Baptist scholarships that's another thing that's killing me ! Are u applying any where else

Hi Nicole, Im still taking some classes (im doing really good), my GPA would be 3.8 after this, but Ashley ( the recruiter for central- fort lauderdale) told me it would not help me, because we will not get the grades till the end of may so it would not help, they only count the current GPA that is in the application right now. My friend also told me that they give priority to students that are already done with their classes, meaning they have the classes completed and it shows in their transcripts, which is not my case, cause' im still taking some classes, however I will sent my transcripts again in May.

Yeah thats why I'm so nervous! But at least your on a better boat than I am your going to be done this semester im missing this and summer. I'm trying to stay positive because I really hope to get in for this semester but if I don't i know Ill be able to get in for the winter term but i don't want to wait a whole semester for nothing :uhoh3: One of my friends applied for Fall 2010 and she had classes pending too and she had a 3.3 so I'm holding on to hope lol . She also told me that she knows someone that got in with a 3.0 but because someone else declined their spot. Yeah I want to send my GPA as soon as the grades go in for MDC. What school do you go to now? What campus are you applying to?
