Im new to this site, just to say its very helpfull. I applied and i was wondering if they would accept me even though im gonna take micro and nutrition this summer?

It was my first time applying. I was going to winter term, but there was no point. I feel like they take people first who meet their requirements and who have everything done. Then they open it up to more students when the two week acceptance period is up. Just what it looks like to me, but who knows.

Hi guys I applied for winter session and got deferred. I received my acceptance letter today I finished my pre-nursing at BC and have a 3.7 gpa. Now my only decision is that is the hefty price tag worth it. I have heard about the bapist scholarship and don't know if that will help.

im with you!! i went to nova today to talk to a financial advisor and found out the tuition went up 4000 more than last year! great huh? its now at 23,000 and that’s without fees, books, or anything. everyone i talk to thinks its nuts to spend that much to go to nova and even the advisor told me how many people struggle to pay for the program. i just really don’t know what to do. it would make a lot more sense for me to go elsewhere. :-/

Wow that really sucks, I know that pell grant is Bout 5k and they give some other grants also..but still 18k is a lot per year. I'm thinking Bout actually going to FAMU got accepted there to lol

your telling me! lol Did you already apply for financial aid? Im confused about the grants, etc. I wish I would applied elsewhere, but I didnt want to go far from where I live.

Yea u apply grants thru fafsa. But its only 2 years so probably amount to 40k tuition. But on the other hand I have heard really good things about nova nursing and the quality of the program.

I know Im going nuts...Idk what to do!! So you already applied for the fafas? Im asking because the lady I saw today really confused me. Im going to call the nursing program tomorrow and actually see what they say to me. She made it sound like it was probably to late to get grants, etc.

yea fill out the fafsa and you should get some grant. But if I stay here I don't have to worry about housing. Pm me ur number if you want more info or anything.

Hi guys! I got my acceptance letter today as well I was ecstatic with joy! my dream came true of getting into nursing school The only thing I am worried about now is how to pay for tuition..any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Glad the wait game is over. Good luck to all still waiting..wish you the best :)
