Advisor called me this am......drug screen and back ground check is back. I'm OFFICIAL I have registration this saturday and orientation next Thursday. WOOT WOOT!!

Thanks tpowell1209...My advisor told me to study it all...but focus primarily on the math, english, vocab/grammar sections. The test was heavy on english and math. (meaning it had more questions in those areas) It was not that hard to me...I stressed about it...but it was not bad at all. They give you the overall score...but Chamberlain will only calculate the english and math sections and give you a score. So you will have two scores. (the overall and the english/math score which is what Chamberlain will use) My composite score was 88....but my advisor told me my score was 92. Don't ask me how they figure it all up....because I'm not sure. What session are you applying for?Sept?

I'm in also. My advisor called me on April 4th. I had my drug and background done on 4/12/2012. Still waiting on results. Not worried...because I am lpn...just recently did background check for gbon and I don't drink or do drugs so....I'm sure I'll pass. WOOT WOOT!!! Im in the April 30th class. Congrats on everyone else who got in...and good luck for everyone whose waiting. This has been 10years in the making for me. I'm excited!!!!

Second time waitlisted......I'm devastated. I feel sick. I was waitlisted last year...and now here again...???

Omgsh.......I'm so anxious. I feel a knot in my chest. I had my mind set...letters would go out in a couple more weeks. Now I'm hearing this week??? Omg!! OMGSH!!!

YAY!!! another BSN program in the area. This really makes me feel better. Since it's so hard getting into the few we have here in this area. :yeah:I'm just need to do some research on the program......and it may be on my list of ones to apply to. I'm so excited.

I'm taking my last class now..and will have my A.A. degree. I don't necessarily know if that gives us a better chance if we have an AA. Which three class do you have to take?

I "think" Nova is one of the few universities that looks at the student as a whole.......(don't hold me to that) I read that somewhere. I have read on here of people getting in with a 2.8, but they had to be strong in a particular area...to get in, so I'm not sure. Nova is my first choice too. It seems like their program is really good. I'm wiling to pay that extra $$ to be in their program. What have you heard?

My gpa is pretty low. I played around alot the first cpl years of college. Now I'm paying for it. My overall gpa is on 3.3, science is low at 2.8. I'm slated to take A&PI with lab again this summer. Anyhoo.... I hope I can still get in...I don't know. Seems as though most were getting in with way higher gpas. I'm currently in an LPN program now....just to kill some time if I don't get into an RN program. I don't want to be an lpn...my goal is to be an RN, but because of my gpa, I'm afraid I may have to do a bridge program instead. I applied at a cpl of cc also......I applied to a total of 7 colleges(3 here in Georgia, 3 in florida and Oklahoma also) But I guess, I will just wait and see What is your gpa? Did you apply anywhere else?

Is anyone in yet?? Has anyone got an acceptance letter yet? The wait is killing me!!!!

Hi!! I live in Georgia and am applying for nursing schools in Florida...south Florida preferably. Keiser is on my list. I've taken the wonderlic and am scheduled to take the TEAS in December. Which (Keiser) campus do you guys think is the best. I'm applying to the Fort Lauderdale and West Palm campuses. Any ideas??:thankya:
