I applied to Nova's Entry Level BSN program today for Fall 2012 semester and thought it may be helpful to start up a forum.

currently applying or plan on applying, a former applicant, a current student, I'd love to hear from you!
Has everyone finished their perquisites? Does anyone else have a not so competitive GPA (like me)? Does anyone know who is considered a competitive applicant? Where is everyone else applying?
I look forward to speaking with everyone and hopefully entering the Fall '12 class together!
I'm still waiting and they keep telling me they haven't made decisions yet...*****!!! Maybe they will tell me the truth in December.
HANG ON :heartbeat!!! I know its haard, anxious, and annoying believe me i can understand you 100%! Yes, after July 15th they will definately make their final decisions NO DOUBT! And its because thats when the deadline for the final $500.00 for the students who are in the program, that date is when the acceptance fee is due. Whoever does not pay by then (which im paying today ahh alot of money lol) automatically loses their place for Fall 2012. So stay strong! I am still hopeful for my friend to get in too...but God does everything for a reason. And he placed you in this chapter of your life for a purpose...so whatever happens its all meant to be!
NOTE: Have $1000.00 ready tho and get ready for the paper work we are all here to help each other out! mehhhh .

I am now going into my 4th semester! It has been a tough ride, but so much fun! I have a great class and the support is wonderful, the teachers are all nice, I have has wonderful clinical experiences and learned a lot from my professors! Now nursing school is not easy, you HAVE to study (shocker! Lol), but it's do able! Some students work, I myself don't. I would recommend not working if you can, less stress that way :) good luck!
