Nova Entry Level BSN Winter 2017

I know some people have already interviewed for Nova's nursing program starting in winter due to the fact that the fall is full... So, I started a new section! Good luck to everyone who has already interviewed and all that are still applying! Keep us updated!!

The scenario questions are very basic. It won't take you much time to think of an appropriate answer. They're testing you to see if you're the type of person to keep quiet and let people get away with cheating, etc., or if you're one to speak up.

And it it looks like I spoke to soon. I received my acceptance letter in the mail!!

If you like inbox me, this is my second time too...I guess the scenarios qts continue to be very similar from our first interview.

this is my second time applying as well. The same thing happened to me with the kaplan... wish you the best of luck! everyone if you can please give a glimpse of some of the interview questions especially the scenario types questions they ask. i would very much appreciate it!

They will send you an email once they received all of your transcripts, they will not give you an interview date if you have transferring issues, if you are still taking classes you need a passing grade, otherwise they will revoke your acceptance.

Anyone here have issues with transfer credits while applying and were you still able to proceed with the interview steps before admissions cleared it up?

Omg congrats!! I received a phone call today saying I should receive the packet soon but that I was accepted!!!

Woo! That's great :) My packet was sent to my home in Nebraska. Now my parents have to send it to me in NC. They knew before I did!

Have you received any updates? If not, until next Monday bc that's when they sent out interview invites.

Unfortunately I have not received an interview invite yet. I followed up on Diana and James on when they will let me know and they had told me this Monday or Tuesday that had just passed. When the day came Diana told me that they'll let me know NEXT week or so. It seems like they are not firm on their days and it's frustrating.

Mind you I think it might be because I don't have such a high GPA. I have a cumulative of 3.0 but my science GPA is lower, which I'm not sure if they really focus on that. I think they're holding me back and choosing those with better chances to get in before they decide to pick me. James had reassured me that it's not all they look at and they look at how well you did on your latest classes. It just bothers me that I still haven't gotten an answer since June! :oldman:

Received my email to set up an interview! So my question is, what did you wear? (I understand it is professional!!)

I wore a dress and some shoes with a slight heel. You can wear slacks/skirt with a nice top as well. Don't worry about how hot it is outside...the buildings are freezing!

I don't understand what you mean about creating a new email .I'm new and I dont know how this type of forum works
