:confused:I am going to get into R.N. in community college. I was wondering if every schools would require to have Teas test taken before starting nursing program. How many percentage could we get to pass the teas test?

Hi Jenny, You really need to check with each school you are applying to. I am applying to several graduate nursing programs and only one requires the TEAS (most of the others require the GRE, and one requires the NET). The score is also something that I think depends on the school, although ATI may also have some information on this. ATI is the company that administers the TEAS. You should check school website to see what each considers to be a passing score. Hope this helps!

if the school you are aplying to requires the teas, net or psb-rn test, i highly recommend the mcgraw-hill's nursing school entrance exams study guide. i'll be taking the teas this saturday and i feel musch more confident. the science section is great. i needed extra help in the science department. after studying i scored a 86% and 90% on both science tests. i have noted the areas i should review and i feel great about the other areas. i highly recommend it. i bought mine at the bookstore, but i'm sure you can get one one amazon or ebay. i'll be putting mine on ebay when i'm done. if you'd like, i'll even let you know how i did. wish me luck!
hey jenny, i just got back from taking the teas test today. i got a 84.1 which is pretty good from what i was told. my national rank is 89. i figured i'd let you know. good luck!

I believe you can download the McGraw-Hill book online for free. Someone posted the URL on here--I downloaded the book (just have to make sure it was the M-H one) and it is really good. Can't beat a free download. I like the math section better so far than in the ATI guide.

for the reading portion of the test...did the ATI study guide resemble the types of passages that were on there...were they about the same length or were there long ones on there?
