I have an interview this week to be an environmental laboratory analysis technician. I went for the job because I figure it'll look better on my resume then Forklift driver. I will pretty much be doing lab work testing molds, lead, etc.. I got the interview because I've taken Microbio and am going for my BSN. My question is what do you think I should be looking for pay wise? As of right now I plan on only working part time 20-25hrs a week. But there are plenty of shifts and weekends that I could work and do full time, I'm only taking 4 classes at the moment and I got all A's last sem. Any thoughts would be great!

I don't know but you may be able to find out through an employment counsellor, sometimes they also list salary expectations on the web if you type it in a search engine!
Good luck!

don't know fom nothing about pay scales in this area
good luck on future..looks like you have a good head on your shoulders
The answer is about $15 an hour for the first 90 days and a "Nice boost in pay" after that.. I don't know what a nice boost in pay would be but i'm very excited! I also get time and a half for every hour over 40 hours and since I'm only taking like 2 classes come spring I should be able to do about 50hrs.. So I'm having a great day lol!
