Hello,
I decided to make a thread for everyone who's applied to Northwell's April 2022 fellowships. I applied to all of the April 2022 ED fellowships.
mrg-BSN-RN said:Hi everyone. I wanted to give some updates and also ask a question about the interview process for the fellowships. After applying, I heard back from a recruiter (I want to say maybe a week to two weeks later) who set me up with the on-demand video interview. One week later, I got the call from that hospital's unit to schedule an in-person interview.
I don't go in for that interview for another week, but I was curious, for anyone who has applied to the Northwell fellowship and then was offered the job, was the in-person interview process a series, or were you offered the position after only one in-person interview? If so, how long after that interview were you offered the position?
Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone!
For anyone curious, usually you do the on demand video interview, then the in person interview. From there the unit may ask you to shadow for four hours ( that is what the CTU did). I think I heard back after a week that I got the job.

Thank you so much for answering. I, unfortunately, have no oncology clinical experience, I hope they won't hold that against me. They didn't offer that specialty field during my capstone ?
