Northwell Health Interview Process

Hello Everyone!

I am a new grad and received my RN license a few weeks ago. I applied to Northwell Health (NY) and my application status says "Interview to be Scheduled with Candidate"...I was wondering if anyone went through this process and if so, how long did it take the recruiter to contact you for a interview?

It depends but usually a few weeks maybe sooner.Until you have been interviewed with all those blah blah questions,you do not know,some recruiters are too young and inexperienced,hopefully you will get to see manager. Good luck.

How long until after you applied did your application status change?

It changed after a week later. I actually had a phone interview last week with a recruiter and I was told an in person interview will be setup with the unit manager. But I haven't heard back from him yet and I sent a follow up email and left a message on his voicemail...=/
