jt3262 do you know starting salary for St. Francis? Also how was the interview with nurse manager? I have a second interview in a couple of days with nurse manager. Btw sorry I know this is suppose to be a Northwell thread but I seem to be having more luck with St. Francis!

Hi sorry for the late post! I'm working nights and mines in the low 80's. Idk what the difference would be working days. Probably high 70's. I never actually interview with the nurse manager on the floor I'm working on but I interviewed on another floor and the interview was pretty simple. Mostly behavioral questions, only one scenario and the rest we just talked about my background. If you already had your interview, how did it go??

I think interview went well overall with more behavioral and scenario questions than 1st interview. I was told the recruiter will contact me in about a week (or send letter if no offer) so I will follow up by the end of the week...northwell now has Fellowships for January and February 2019 up. I applied for the critical care at LIJ and manhasset but if offered a position at St. Francis I will probably take it as I will not wait for Northwell.

Thats good, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! I would keep calling st. francis if you don't hear back, they tend to be a little slow with communication.

Thecareerchanger The position I interviewed for I never actually heard back. I kept calling every week and finally they said the position had been filled. And since I never interviewed for the position I got I can't really say how long it would take for you to hear back. I would just keep calling every week asking for an update. It'll show you're very interested.
