Was this for the ED fellowship also? Yeah I honestly think I'm going to move on. I can't keep waiting around for something that isn't even definitely going to happen

Just an update for the new grads..I interviewed for the ED Fellowship program and was supposed to hear an "update" regarding the position on 6/8. However, i was told that due to a budget review there may not even be a fellowship program anymore and everything is "up in the air". They are unsure of how many positions will be available and thats probably why new grads havent heard back regarding the new grad residency

Would anyone be willing to share contact info for a recruiter? Anytime I call, all I am told is that a recruiter will contact me if they are interested...

Has anyone heard from Lenox hill ED?

I haven't heard back yet. When I applied back in February my application status for the ED At Lenox hill changed to final candidate activity in progress but I haven't heard back. I've had several other offers from other ER residency programs so I think I am going to accept one of those. I can't keep waiting around for these other hospitals

Did they ever email you to let you know you werent chosen? Or did you just have to assume you didnt get it because it already started?

Yeah I graduate in May and I have other offers from other hospitals but I would really prefer to work at NYU. My profile has been under review. Im just wondering how long its going to take for them to contact me.. uh
