I just wanted to start a thread so we can all keep each other updated regarding the application and interview process for the RN Versant Residency program at Northridge Hospital Medical Center

No I haven't. I applied on 5/30 and only got the initial email from -------------------. What was the email about? Are only the people that got emails moving forwards to the next step to be reviewed by hiring managers?

I saw a post on facebook and some people were saying they got an email from her today. I didn't get the email either. Apparently it was about some confusion regarding the dignity health application attachments, not entirely sure. She closed the email out by saying people would hear by this Friday.

Oh okay, well if your app is still moving to the hiring manager and you didn't get that email either then there is hope still for me haha. I hope I see a change by Friday!! If anyone else hears anything or has a change in their status let us know. Thanks!

Hey all,

I spoke to ------------------ this afternoon about all the confusion regarding the attachments to the applications. She told me that she is still on the letter "K" in regards to first names of people she has checked that can move on to the next phase. so that might be the reason why your application still says "under review" and not "under hiring manager review".

That is just the first step in the application process, the next step is to send our applications to the units of our choice and the managers of those units will then decide who they want to interview.

In regards to the attachments, the email basically stated that if you are applying to another job on the dignity/commonspirit websites, you cannot delete attachments for previous job applications, because they are all "live applications", meaning they are all under one application portal, so any change you make on one will change the other. As long as all of your required attachments were in by the due date (5/31) and you did not delete any attachments while you applied to other jobs on the same portal, you should be fine.

Just received my rejection email stating that I either completed the application incorrectly, application is missing documents, or graduated over a year ago. To my knowledge I completed everything correctly so I’m kind of confused.

I’m did too! But I also think I did everything correctly so I’m not sure...I asked to set up an appointment to ask and see what I needed to change or what was wrong with my application. Did you ask about setting up an appointment, that might help to see what was wrong?

I did, I probably won’t hear back until Monday. Hopefully it was a mistake.

My status changed to the hiring manager one! And I also got an email from ------------------- saying I’m going to the next phase? Which I am not sure what that is

Did you two apply to another dignity health facility after submitting your northridge application? If so, you may have erased your northridge attachments! ? They are "live applications"

I'm going to the next phase as well!

Dumbest thing ever imo, why have one profile for all your different hospitals. Makes no sense to be sending Northridge specific attachments to St. Marys in Long Beach for example.

Hi everyone,

I moved on to the next phase as well. Kind of curious what this means? My application said "Under Hiring Manager Review" before I received the email.
