I just wanted to start a thread so we can all keep each other updated regarding the application and interview process for the RN Versant Residency program at Northridge Hospital Medical Center

mine changed to that too a few days ago. doesn't make sense because some people got that status update but they received rejection letters. I tried looking at previous cohorts but no luck

does anyone know how long the residency program is and if there's a commitment afterward, like 1 year or 2 years?

I tried to look it up or see the initial job posting but no luck.

Older postings used to say 18-21 weeks but now no timeline or mentioning of commitment.

I haven't heard of anything other than just the email from ----------------------- on the 24th stating that I have moved on to the next phase.

some med-surg interviews were conducted yesterday, I don't know if there will be more for med-surg. I believe other departments are holding interviews soon (via facebook I've seen one person say they had an interview for cath lab and one for ED)

I had an email saying that I moved onto the next round - but that was Jun 19. ? My app profile still says "under hiring manager review."
