I am planning on starting at Northern Kentucky University for the Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program online. Has anyone ever attended this program? If so any advice or thoughts about this program at NKU? Thanks!
I'm halfway through the courses part I've done 7 I have 6 left. Sometimes I feel like I am teaching myself. Most classes have recorded lectures which help a lot. All of the classes are set up different some are papers and discussion and some are tests and assignments. You have to do a full head to toe assessment video for health assessment for the final which was very stressful but important. The tests/quizzes are on the lockdown browser. There is also a syllabus bank where you can see old syllabi.

The exams use a lockdown browser and the ones I had were due by Sunday at midnight..one class gave you a day and a half window to take it!
Hello
I was looking into this school. I noticed it’s not accredited by CCNE or ACEN. Do you know if this makes a difference??

Yes , they definitely are. The FNP program is accredited. Good luck!! I just spoke to Counselor today. Seems good so far. Have you heard reviews ?? They have 6 start dates which is nice.

Hi! I’m looking into this program. Would you go through it again if you had too? I’m seeing mixed reviews.
