North Georgia College & State University Fall 2011

Hey all! I am currently in the application process for Fall 2011 at North GA College & State. I was wondering if anyone out there can offer me come comfort on the application process and acceptance statistics? I am very impressed with the college so far and will be highly disappointed if I'm not granted acceptance, but I'm going crazy with all of the waiting games (I've applied to several schools).

I am stalking the mailbox! come on mailman, of all days to be late!

:crying2:Hello, I have been reading your posts and I got a letter today. I did not get accepted but did get put on the waiting list. Anybody have any idea how many people are put on the list or how likely it is to get pulled off the list?

Oh please everyone share your stats!!! I'm getting excited reading all the acceptances, and being on the waiting list is not a bad thing. There is a girl on this list who got in this year from the waiting list. :)

My GPA overall is a 3.2, my TEAS score was not so great - I took it twice and the last score was 66% overall - which I know is not the greatest and wish I had scored higher. I do not do well on standardized tests!

Don't get discouraged, keep pushing on! I have been trying to get into a program for almost 2 years now! Best of luck to you!!

Thanks for sharing! It definitely gives us wannabe nurses hope in a world where we're told we can't get in if we don't have all A's.

I got in!!!! Forsyth Campus, that is 5 mins from my house. This was a amazing day for me for so many reasons!!!! GOD IS GOOD!!!! For those waiting my stats were the the following, 3.78, teas V 75 A&P I A/B and A&P A/A.

Hey, I also got in :) My stats were GPA 3.55, TEAS 75, AP I B/B, AP II A/A, Micro A/A, the rest of science subjects are A :) Congrats to those who were in :) Cant wait to see you.

Anyone going to be in Dahlonega? My "stats" were a 3.43 GPA and an 86 TEAS test. So, do any of you guys know what is next? We just send in our confirmation and... do they send us more info? Eeek! So excited! I, too, have been trying for two years... those that got a waiting list keep pushing and don't give up. It doesn't mean that you aren't supposed to do nursing, but that God's has another time for you to do it... I've been through that, too! Good luck!
