Can you email me at [email protected] with your real name and contact info? I'll let the enrollment leadership know about this and make sure someone is in touch with you. Sorry to hear about this!
This was similar to my experience. The enrollment counselor who worked with me was very nice and returned calls promptly, but she was not the most knowledgeable person. She provided incorrect information on more than one instance. My enrollment guy called constantly, but guessed whenever I asked questions and got a lot of his answers wrong. Not very knowledgable. Most info I found myself online. Once you are enrolled, you don't speak to them again, so you just have to get through it.
I have had a similar experience....was really quick to respond up until this week...I sent an email about what times of the month they start and if I could request a specific mentor and she hasn't called or emailed me back = ( I have 37 credits and want to start mid june if possible.
I just resent my email and got an automated response that she was out until next week...so hopefully that is all it is and will hear from her next week ; )

I spoke with an enrollment counselor on 4/8 and submitted all requirements immediately, including my electronic transcript. I have some questions, and have attempted to reach him on quite a few occasions since, both by phone and email and have not heard back once.
I finally spoke to someone else in enrollment, who advised me that I need to wait for him to return my call. That was 4 days ago, still no response.
Is this common with the enrollment personnel at WGU? I have to say, as a potential student, so far I'm not impressed.
