Whyyyyyy do I not have a bathroom in my clinic (or even a sink) but the book keeper has bothfl in her office?!?
This is so inconvenient, I have to fill up a water pitcher for medications multiple times a day!!! And keep ice in a cooler for ice packs!!
Advice???
Switch offices. I'm sure you could come up with enough infection control documentation to compel moving you to a room with running water, at least. That's pretty bizarre all and all. Honestly, that's the first time I've heard of such a thing.
Ha!
I have all the Spec. Ed kids on the 4th floor.
Fire Drills are a riiippppppp!
People don't plan things out well.
Good luck OP!

My position was an afterthought, in fact, we don't have enough room for the students at our school. I have never had running water or bathroom in my area. I send students to the bathroom to wash out cuts and I go to the individual bathroom if I need to assist. We are building a new school and I will have a sink, but budget wouldn't allow a bathroom. I really am OK with no bathroom, it is not high on my priority list. Since I don't know what I am missing, I won't miss it. Ride out the school year and then present your case for the new school year. You will be stepping on toes, but if your school is student centered, it will see this is best for the students.
