NNP options in Asheville

Hey try Grace Hospital in Morganton, NC. They have a new NICU and I know they employ many nurse practioners in Labor and delivery as well in Cardiology and Family practice, so why not NICU. It is a hospital that is affiliated with Carolinas Medical Center out of Charlotte, and good news, you'll be in the foothills and can see the mtns. Asheville is about 1 hour away.Check thouroughly into it though, Since Carolinas has taken Grace over there is alot of dissatisfaction among nurses.

I have been looking into Asheville for some time now, and was excited to learn of a NICU there. However, they do not hire new grad NNP's. Does anyone know of other options for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in the area? I have over 11 years level III NICU experience, and will graduate from my MSN program in December. I suppose I may have to redirect my search to other cities....but I'm a nature freak and was soooo hoping for a place in the mountains!!!

What about Greenville/Spartanburg, South Carolina? I don't know what kind of NICUs they have--I know there is a Shriners hospital there--Greenville's only about an hour from Asheville, even less from nearby Hendersonville.
