I found an old thread from 2016 but wanted to start anew so we don't have to filter through 20+ pages. I submitted my application in June and it was placed on the queue on June 21. I am still anxiously waiting for my decision letter. My 40 working days is on the 16 August. Is there anyone else that submitted this at about the same time as me that's waiting to hear back?
Also - anyone have issues with clinical practice hours in university from the US? I was short by 25 hospital hours, but I did 187 hours volunteering at a hospital while I was in school. They said to include that in my transcript of training, that it should be ok but it would still need to be assessed like everything else, which leads me to believe it should be fine, albeit still so terrified! I have my family and my boyfriend waiting on me to get there and I can't wait any longer!!
That's great! At least, in that way you knew what were the documents you sent. Maybe they have different policy and also, maybe because I can't come to claim my documents myself, hence,they have to seal it right away. Anyway, are you still in UAE? Do you have an agency and trust?
Yes I'm still here - on my final few weeks. I'm off to Yorkshire. I have an agency in Manila and they're just waiting for me to come home.
Hi! just want to share my experience with DHA. Im no longer in Dubai so a friend of mine went to DHA. He just brought a copy of my passport (old and new), copy of my license ID, and the RAV form. When he arrived in DHA, he was given a priority number and was called after few minutes. He just handed over the documents he brought then he was asked to pay for around 520AED (very expensive!!!). Then, after 7 working days, he went back in DHA and claimed my documents in a sealed envelop. We never knew what were the papers inside or if my good standing certificate was among the documents inside, but so far i was not asked to request my good standing certificate. As of the moment, I am still waiting for my DL and i'm currently at my 30th calendar day of waiting. I hope this helps.

oh i see! So far they have not ask me to submit a good standing certificate for my DHA license, but if they will, then i will be kissing another 500aed goodbye then.huhu
@nesty may i ask what attachment did you upload in the section asking for registration certificate for your DHA registration? I just uploaded the copy of my License ID since they told me that DHA do not release any registration certificate.

Hello @rosa1825 ! I made a mistake by not clicking the "add registration" button, therefore, I was not able to fill up the needed information for DHA. But, aside from sending them the barcoded forms, I also included a printed copy of my License ID's. I just called NMC today and was informed that I am on que since yesterday.

Waiting game is on!hehe im on my 31st day in queue. i called yesterday just to ask for an update, but as usual they still say to wait 30 to 60 days. However, im still hopeful that i'll have my DL by next week. do you have an agency in Dubai?
