Does the date today was the date indicated that your documents were received?

Yes, the date received was yesterday, October 13. The dates reflected in the portal shows the date afer it was scanned and not the date when it was received by mail. :up:

Hi Klare and phurple, we are in the same situation. All of my documents were submitted to the NMC september 26 and 29. However, nothing appeared on my portal. I will wait until Tuesday before I call them. Hopefully, everything is okay. :)

It's better to call them and make a follow up. I just realized that calling them speeds up the process. Hahaha. They're probably working on a lot of applications these days. Once all documents are received, it's another waiting game for us! I hope we will all get our DLs in less than 40 days like some others who shared their story here.í ½í¸Š

Hi Guys, got my DL after 21 working days/30 calendar days. Placed on queue last Sept. 8 :)

Does resubmission of documents put you again in the bottom of the queue? Mine was placed on queue last Sept 8, received a feedback today that they also need a breakdown of the theoretical hours of the Transcript which I was not aware. Will I again wait for 30 plus days after I have resubmitted the said requirements?

Dont worry you will get your DL after 10-15 days of resubmission. some of my friends got like that. hope you will get your DL soon

usually it appears witin 2 hour... and the candidate will get an email from NMC within 24 hour

1, only clinical breakdawn is required for the subjects in the box... and division of clinical and theoritical instruction in the summary box... all based on your transcript..

2, yes you should include 2 references from the same unit or the hospital..

3, if they dont have a stamp, ask the HR deptmt to provide a written statement saying that they dont have an official stamp, and kindly accept this reference without a stamp.. in their letter head.. attatch that too with the forms you send.

Hi. I have queries about the details in the IOM Certificate. I know this is far from the thread but I am worried because it might have an impact with my application. My concerns are:

1. In the 'Nationality' section, PHILIPPINES was entered/typed instead of FILIPINO in the printed result//certificate

2. In the full residential section: the staff did not type 'Philippines' at the end of my full address so I am thinking, it is not considered 'full address'

Anyone who already has IOM certificate, kindly check yours and tell me if the details are same or not. Thanks in advance! :)

In cases wherein NMC asks for additional documents, do they send an email or will a request from them show in the portal? What are some examples of additional documents that they have required other applicants to submit?

Btw, are you finished with all of your medical tests? It's good to know that you already have your IOM certificate while waiting for your DL ; )

In my case, when NMC was requiring me to submit an additional form, I received an email about it. It did not show on my portal though. From what I've read on this thread, some applicants were asked to resubmit the breakdown of theoritical/clinical hours from their university/school, others were required to send an additional document like a letter declaring something about their work, license/registration in another country, and others (case to case basis)
