Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!

Hello everyone!! We just got here in the UK last July 7. So far its been great! Induction day 2 today.

i am actually staying near the hospital as we have free one montha accomodation. My trust is Kingston Hospital.

Oh that's great. So, when are you planning to take the OSCE? Have you booked the exam date already?

They actually are the ones going to book the OSCE for us. They said they've already booked it but we havent received any emails yet from Northampton university. Have you already taken the OSCE?? Do you have any advice?

No, I haven't. Just received my DL last Wednesday. Booked my OSCE on the 9th of September. I'm really worried now cos I haven't studied really.

Hi everyone! Got an email from the NMC today saying i should re-submit a document ugh does this mean I'd be put back at the bottom of the queue once they receive it? :(

Also they're requiring me to upload my initial PRC board registration certificate. Is it the one that looks like a diploma?

Hi whimsicals. I've read a few posters here that were also asked to re-submit documents and had their DLs shortly. Hopefully you don't have to be put back at the bottom of the queue. By the way, which date exactly where you put on queue? And what document did they ask to resubmit, if you don't mind me asking.

Yes, PRC Board Registration Certificate is the one that looks like a diploma. You didn't upload it the first time?

I was put on assessment queue last June 7th. And they need me to resubmit my employer reference 2 since the one I submitted didn't indicate that she was my senior nurse - we just put 'operating room nurse' as job title/position. So I guess i have no choice but to resubmit then? :(

And nope, apparently i uploaded the one printed in a bond paper with board rating that says 'certification' haha this is so frustrating

Yup, you have to resubmit your entire Employer Reference 2 since it has to be filled out/accomplished by a Senior Nurse. You have to put in the Job Title/Position at least a "Senior Nurse or Head Nurse or Nurse Supervisor".

Yeah, just scan and upload your PRC Board Certificate.
