Log in at ireg.nmc-uk.org. Once in, there's a tab on the upper left corner that says "My NMC", a dropdown will appear. Choose "My Applications", then click "Open" for the "Full Application and Assessment". A tabulated account of your documents should appear.

Placed mine in their respective envelopes (official school mailing envelope, the hospital's, and for the declaration of good health a regular white one) then put them all together on a catalog envelope. Indicate the address where to send on the front part including "Overseas Registration Department" plus your name, Overseas Candidate ID number (the C1000xxxx), and birth date.

Have you transferred to another agency? If you're still with IPAMS, they are really helpful when it comes to queries like this. Have them check your documents before sending it.

I only have the official school envelope, the rest are placed in a regular brown envelope as they instructed. Hope this will not be a hinder

Aside from the transcript of training and registration verification, I stuffed everything else in the small white envelope that NMC sent to me for my pack 2 (back in the old scheme).

Hi guys! Just recently passed the CBT exam. Reading through all the feeds were really helpful.

Just wanted to ask, are the ff requirements equate to the ff documents?

1. Transcript of training = TOR with RLE

2. Registration certificate where the applicant has practiced = PRC board cert

3. Qualification certificate for each qualification being submitted as part of the application = BSN diploma

I wanted to make sure that I send the right documents so as to avoid delays and couriers cost too much.
