Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!
I never understood that setup, because there's not even a key to tell you what those letters stand for.
just had the most aggravating call with the NMC, they seem just as lost as all of us! Like I call Pearson Vue and ask why I can't re-book. They say they are waiting for authorisation from the NMC, the NMC has no idea what they're talking about. Useless.
pretty much sums it up... i just really wish they weren't charging us for a shoddy system. even if was a new format they should've ironed it out because it feels as though we're funding their experiments in some way. at least they could've taken out waiting for 6 months if by any chance we fail for a 2nd time.
Gloucenurse07,Ahh nice to encounter to someone who has passed! Would you mind me asking when you sat the exam? Did you use the new blueprint or old one? And was that the only study material you used?
Sorry to hound you with questions haha but a lot of us weren't successful!
i used the old blueprint as i was not aware that there was a new blueprint at that time. I took the exam alst jan7. Yes. It was the only material used. I read a part of saunders but most of the questions from my cbt can be found from the blueprint. In my case.

i took the exam recently and the critical questions were not marked. In my case, the blueprint was very helpful for almost all questions/topics can be found there.
