2019 NMC Decision Letter

UK NMC decision Letter stories, CoS stories and experiences

Updated:   Published

So, I decided to start this thread so we can discuss our U.K. NMC decision letter stories as well as CoS and Tier 2 visa application in the year 2019. Especially with all the new updates and changes with the NMC for international registration and Brexit.

I joined the queue on the 20th of February and still waiting for my DL. I know it is still early. But these days, people have been testifying to getting it in less than 15 working days. I am really anxious. Anyone submitted around the time, and still waiting for their DL as well?

Are you still on the process or deployed already?

I am currently waiting for my CoS. And you?

Will it be fine if you’ll send me a private message? ?

Email today asking me for further proof of proficiency in English.

I am a British citizen living in an English speaking country ... I went to school in Britain.

My form in addition to university transcript aren’t enough because I went to university over ten years ago.

I had to get my Indian manager to write me a letter saying I practice in English which is the language in Australia. Crazy.

Hello everyone

My queue date is 29 August. While reading all discussions here I guess I may get it around 29 September only. Anyone having queue date near me and sailing in the same boat with waiting for DL ?

A friend had queue date of 12th august and got first feedback this week. So it's within 30 days thereabout. Mine is first week in September

Hi everyone! I hope you all get your DLs soon. If it's already been exactly a month after your queue date, try to check your e-mails as much as you can so you could immediately see if there is feedback and you could settle them as soon as you can. Also, try to know the local time in the UK. NMC's business hours is from 8:00 to 17:45. So if it's not around that time anymore or if it's a weekend, then for sure, you won't be hearing anything from them.

Got my DL in exactly 34 days. Now, I guess I have more waiting to do. I'm still waiting for when my employer will start processing my Certificate of Sponsorship. I have already collected the requirements for visa. And I just want to rant how I seem to question my agency at this point. They've been helpful to me financially but lately, they have not been answering my queries and I really have no idea why they required so many things for the visa when some of them are actually not needed based on those who have already processed the visa. It's taking a toll on me and I might transfer to another agency in the future.
