Because in my mumaris plus account, under My Services it shows there that it has been issued. But there is none. I can only see my certificate of registration.

DId you receive it on the mail or it can be downloaded from the mumaris plus account?

Have you heard the same case as mine regarding cogs? Im really worried about it. ?

I requested for cogs last july 4 an until now i still haven’t received it on my mail. It shown on my mumaris account that ih has been issued but there is none. Did you use the latest version which is mumaris plus?

Helo everyone! Did you also mail your COGS in nmc? Because it is more than a week since i requested in Mumaris and until now i still haven’t received it.
