UK NMC decision Letter stories, CoS stories and experiences
Updated: Published
So, I decided to start this thread so we can discuss our U.K. NMC decision letter stories as well as CoS and Tier 2 visa application in the year 2019. Especially with all the new updates and changes with the NMC for international registration and Brexit.
I joined the queue on the 20th of February and still waiting for my DL. I know it is still early. But these days, people have been testifying to getting it in less than 15 working days. I am really anxious. Anyone submitted around the time, and still waiting for their DL as well?

If it's already been exactly a month after your queue date, try to check your e-mails as much as you can so you could immediately see if there is feedback and you could settle them as soon as you can. Also, try to know the local time in the UK. NMC's business hours is from 8:00 to 17:45. So if it's not around that time anymore or if it's a weekend, then for sure, you won't be hearing anything from them.
Got my DL in exactly 34 days. Now, I guess I have more waiting to do. I'm still waiting for when my employer will start processing my Certificate of Sponsorship. I have already collected the requirements for visa. And I just want to rant how I seem to question my agency at this point. They've been helpful to me financially but lately, they have not been answering my queries and I really have no idea why they required so many things for the visa when some of them are actually not needed based on those who have already processed the visa. It's taking a toll on me and I might transfer to another agency in the future.
Yes many things they ask seems useless at times but what to do it is the way they work so have to do it as per the rules. And more frustrating are these agencies who actually get to earn from us but many times don't satisfy our queries. Well patience is a key here. Don't panic just try to be calm as you are just a step away from your goal. All the best dear, I will pray for you.

Thank you! Yes, they say the longer you wait for something, the more success you will reap out of it. I'm just hoping for the best, really. Trying to enjoy my free time and all.

Hi! I am from India. I too received my DL days back. Currently I am waiting for the CoS. Apparently, my agency, too, is behaving indifferently nowadays. I understand patience is all we need to adhere but sometimes it is essential to answer our queries as we are totally new to this process. I dont know what is wrong! I am hoping for the best.

As per my knowledge gathered from my friends and agent. One month for DL to come in case NMC don't require any further documents from you and then another one month for COS to come which us very much employer specific means we can't predict so may be 15 to 30 days and them visa stamping for 10 days.
I would suggest one can resign once they get DL and submitted documents for COS. However it's always better to ask your agency because most of them knows your deportation date.
It's just my suggestion.

OK. Thanks for reassuring dear. It is so frustrating at times to wait for so long. Hoping and praying for all to get in right time.
