NMC Decision Letter 2016

Hi! Anyone here who knows how long it takes for the NMC to release a decision letter on your application, as I am anxiously waiting for mine for a little over a month now.

How would I know if I have already joined the queue? I only lacked my employer reference 2 form the first time I sent my documents. Yet, I already had it sent to the registration department a week ago but it still haven't appear received to the online portal. Thanks.

Your entry to the queue will be the exact day they receive your last document so it's important that you check your portal regularly or if it already appeared received on your account you can have your agent call the NMC to be sure of your entry date. :)

Hey guys, anybody knows how long do I have to wait after re uploading my Birth certificate and board certificate because they need to have a clearer copy. I am worried that I will wait another painful 2 months of waiting 😩

Guys, I received my DL just now. Can't believe it because I just checked my e-mail one last time before going to sleep, if not for my agent calling me and letting me know it was already sent I'd have no idea at all. You should all be receiving yours soon. :)

Hi meadowblythe! i'm going to Leicester too this Aug.

I just had confirmed trust induction date with the hosp.

I'm looking forward for cos release by July. I will be coming over from the middle east, hopefully.

I only had like 3 to 4 days transition (from my last working date here to the start of trust induction date) from one employer to another. This is tough but i will easily adjust for sure. :)

Congratulations to all beautiful people who got their DL.

Will you please read NMC query on my case. I don't understand what should I do? Has somebody else faced this kind of problem?

I received an email from NMC on 27th June 2017 that they needs more documents.

1)They need an original copy of birth certificate (which is in the Hindi language). I have it and I submitted it already.

2) I have two years experience, one year each from two employers. To explain further, I have Delhi Nursing Council registration(Delhi is the capital city of India and has its own nursing registration authority).I worked in Delhi Hospital for more than a year. Now I work in another hospital but in Gurgaon(city in another state) which falls under national capital region.

The problem is NMC asked me to submit the registration from Gurgaon.

I dont have Gurgaon registration since my hospital never asked me for this. Infact all hospitals of Gurgaon are legally allowed to employee candidates with Delhi nursing council as well.

3) If I dont have Gurgaon registration NMC asked me to submit 'registration restriction form' from gurgaon nursing authority. I went to the same but they said they cannot fill it since i was never registred under them.

Nmc also asked me to submit 2 references from the hospital where I worked and falls under Delhi. I have these reference now.

???The things is since NMC need only one year experience would they consider my one year experience from Delhi? NMC asked me to submit two references from delhi hospital, why is that? would they give me my DL since even that hospital fulfills all the criteria and I have more than one year expereince from there. Should I write an email explaining how Gurgaon hospitals are allowed to employee delhi nursing council candidates? I can attach a letter from my hospital explaining all this.

I am happy for all those who got their DL but at the same time I am really stressed since I never thought such type of problem whould ever arise.

If you have faced similar problem please share what you did to solve it. Thank you.

Basically, I have one year unregistered practice as per NMC and the authorities here in India refused to sign the restriction verification form. Would a covering letter from my hospital stating that it wasnt actually unregistered work? thank you.
