it would really depend on your assessment officer. Once you have clicked the submit button, sent all the required documents which will consequently going to be scanned to your file, then you are all set to be assessed. Some applicants with complete requirements get it in as early as 5 days while some took 3 months.

Brexit, what happens next?
I am just wondering if the UK policies have been stringent to migration policies for nurses? Is there anyone here has encountered difficulty applying for permanent residency or citizenship?

I asked the same question to my employer's representatives in the UK here's what they said:
I just want to give you assurance that UK leaving EU will not affect your application here in UK. Yes, immigration is one of the factors that motivate majority to vote for YES, but it is mainly the EU migrants from Spain, Poland, Greece, Croatia, Italy and others. They can freely come and work in UK, bring their families and also avail social benefits. Non- EU migrants like yourselves are different. Nurses are shortage occupation and your entry to UK is according to UK Immigration law.
The implementation of Brexit will not happen soon, there will be transition period of 2 years, and right now, we still don't know if this is going to happen. There are petitions for another referendum! Not sure what the outcome will be.
Have you finally received your DL?

I have not heard of anyone who got rejected by the NmC. By the way, I got my decision letter on November 1.
