NMC Decision Letter 2016

Hi! Anyone here who knows how long it takes for the NMC to release a decision letter on your application, as I am anxiously waiting for mine for a little over a month now.

please do let us know once you got your dl just to keep track of the progress.the waiting period gets undoubtedly longer

Hello guys.

I entered assessment queue on May 8th 2017.

Got reply from NMC that they need additional documents- 24th June 2017

NMC should receive my new documents by 27th July 2017.

My question is, how long will NMC take this time to respond/ release my DL?

I have read that few candidates got it as soon as 2-3 days after they submit the required documents.

some of the people here say that it can probably be as early as a few days to a month. depending on the assesor.

I think we have the same case. I was registered in prc last 2012 and my hospital experience was from 2015 to 2017. And just received an email from one of the assessors in nmc stating that they want detailed explanation of my employment gap. I am confused of what other attachments should i submit other than the explanation of my gap.

But anyways, have you received your dl?

Anyone here coming from Dubai? I need help!

I receive a feedback from NMC regarding my DHA registration because they found some discrepancy with my registration date. In my good standing, it was stated that I am registered on August 2014 however when it was verified online, the date shown was August 2013 which was impossible because I am not yet taking my DHA exam at that time. I went to DHA office and asked for an explanation/confirmation letter that NMC was requiring to clarify the correct date of my registration. However, according to them they cannot issue the said letter and said to just disregard what is shown in the online verification and just follow what was stated on my good standing.

How can I proceed to my NMC if they will not issue the letter that the NMC is requiring? Someone help me.

I guess if the documents was sent again via courier, they will put you again in the assessment queue. Some received their DLs after 3 or 5 days because the explanation letter or document was requested to send via e-mail only. I hope I was wrong. Good luck.í ½í¹í ¼í¿»

I think it depends on the assessor and the document required? In my case, the additional requirement was received on the 30th of May but I assumed it has just reached NMC's office and considering the bulk of letters they possibly receive for different departments everyday, they probably sort them out first so I expected that it wouldn't reach the Overseas Dept on the same day it was delivered (just my guess, I really have no idea how they do things there). My document was uploaded on the 7th of June, which marks the date when I was placed on assessment queue. I received my DL the next day, June 8.

That's so frustrating, I guess if they will not issue a cover letter for the discrepancy, if the DHA exam like the prometric exam issue a certificate of passing you can attached it as a proof of date that you registered on 2014 not 2013. You can email your assessor directly if he/she the one contacted you and explain your concerns.í ½í¹í ¼í¿» Good luck!

Good day everyone! I entered the assessment queue last May 25. Still no feedback received. Anyone here who has the same situation as mine? I am a nurse from the Philippines and I have a job offer with Continental Travelnurse under IPAMS.
