Hi! Anyone here who knows how long it takes for the NMC to release a decision letter on your application, as I am anxiously waiting for mine for a little over a month now.
thanks!
To those who have been asked for an additional requirement and have it posted to NMC, did you guys wait for the "This document has been received" tag in your online portal before re-submitting it? Thank you.
When my additional document that was asked was received in london last May 17, i waited for a few days to see the "this document has been received" tag in the portal. But then i experienced an IT glitch with nmc with that same issue last March and i have wasted more than a week.
Last May 23 2017, i decided to hit submit button. Even i did not saw any tags at all yet. I dont wanna waste days again with them so i clicked submit.
Lo and behold, i saw in the portal the tag already (in read only mode).
Now im officially back on reassmement que.
today i noticed that i uploaded a passport copy instead of the birth certificate that they are asking. problem is i already hit the submit button thus i cant replac it anymore. has anyone had any issue as me? i am getting very worried that this will cause a delay on my assessment. i emailed nmc this morning and still waiting for their reply.
hi. i think you should call the nmc to ask them on what to do. you may also opt to email them but it takes a long time i guess before they respond. when you call them just prepare ahead of time of your nmc candidate id number because they might ask for it. all i know is that they are asking for at least 2 referees. they are pretty accomodating to enquiries.
as for the wrongly uploaded document in my portal. until now i haven't received any feedback so i called them up last tuesday. they asked me to email them with my birth certificate together with my birthday, name and candidate id number. i hope this helps.

hi. i just sent the bar coded forms today for nmc assessment. however, my agency asked me why i don't have a dry seal in the reference form with bar coded forms. actually, my employer had also stamped it using his trodat since it is what he is using and my recent experience is as a clinic nurse. the clinic is just small and they dont have a dry seal. now i am worried that this may cause a delay because my employer only used the trodat and not a dry seal. any experience same as mine? thank you.
