   Hey princeasog! Either one of the two is fine. No need to upload both. Just make sure that its translated to English and that all your translated documents have a declaration of certified translation certificate.

   Initially, No I did not. After 2 months in queue I received a feed back from NMC asking for my Exit Visa or stamp. So i had my exit stamp translated and uploaded it with my police clearance from saudi.
