@Rassel, I heard some cases where others have emailed NMBI to ask for another copy of their DL to be shipped to their address. Explain that your agency is unresponsive and that until now you still don't have your DL. Maybe you can include an email trail as proof that you did try to get in touch but your messages were unanswered.

On the other hand, congrats, your status changed to Decision Pending now. Hopefully, your friend receives it in 3-5 days. She can also call NMBI to inquire if it takes longer than that.

Rassel, that is quite slow. I hope they can expedite that as you'd still need the DL to process the ATWS. According to others, ATWS will take about 1 month to process. But my recruiter submitted my ATWS application last August 26 then it was finished by September 5 (just 10 days).

@Lukecerdz, my agency is Abba too, it's a good agency! ^^

Rassel, that is quite slow. I hope they can expedite that as you'd still need the DL to process the ATWS. According to others, ATWS will take about 1 month to process. But my recruiter submitted my ATWS application last August 26 then it was finished by September 5 (just 10 days).

I also heard ATWS would take around 4-6 Weeks. But yours came out pretty fast. Was it processed last year?

May be the delay is due to large number of applicants.

@psychebelle my girlfriend is bound for limerick? how about you? I just recently sent all of her documents to NMBI, so I am hoping her decision letter would be available next month.

I see I thought it was on dublin because my gf's agency that they are having a hard time processing dl's that are dublin based on hospital. Cork is quite far nmbi maybe you should be patient for a while with your dl wish you the best!

Hi guys! Anyone of you knows who to contact in the NMBI regarding on when they would expedite the decision letter? I used my friend's address in Tipperary but according to her her mail is still empty. My status was changed last Thursday and we are expecting the DL on her mail today.. Thank you.

When I got mine, my status changed to Decision Pending on a Monday and they only sent it Friday that week. Allow 4 days for the mail to be delivered so they received my DL Tuesday. When your status changed to 'Decision Pending' it doesn't necessarily means they have sent it already.

I'm afraid there is nothing we could do to expedite the process.

Even though the Hospital is in cork, the recruitment agency is based in Dublin.

My Agency did not receive the DL yet, however, she had agreed to follow-up with the NMBI, once it does not reach by 15 days. Hoping for the best :)

Try calling NMBI at 353-1-639 8500 . follow IVR instructions, dial 2 to connect to overseas department

They will ask some questions to verify the caller and will give you information regarding the status of your DL.

I suggest you call NMBI as there is no specific time frame as when they would sent the DL.

I regret as I did not call them when my DL was delayed.
