   Yes your supervisor could sign the letter for you. Just make sure he/she is still connected with your hospital. In lieu of that ask your agency also it is better to be sure so that your effort would not put to waste.

    It is either you call or email NMC regarding your bar coded form ask them if your educational institution had accomplished all necessary inputs if they don't ask them if you could send a new one right away.

    No you will still have the same queuing date however you will have to wait a little longer maxing it out up to 70 days.

    @harloween the last document that was reflected on your portal is the start of your queuing. @jedprowell11 barcoded forms are to be sent via courier unless when nmc contacted you they instructed that to upload it in your portal instead.
