I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and now working as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse here in Saudi Arabia for almost two years.
I am planning to move my nursing career further in Ireland. I have paid the €350 assessment fee with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and the accounts department already provided me with a pin and advised me to wait for the delivery of my application pack.
The assessment fee was processed since April 17, 2015. I just wonder about how long it would take me to receive the application pack here in Saudi Arabia.
I hope that someone could help me. I'm so excited to process my application for Registration with NMBI.
I just want to share with you all my timeline because I know how anxious it is to wait for our DLs ������

Section 2
A. School- May 4
B. Employer's Reference- April 27
C. PRC - May 8
May 28 - Docs outstanding to Review Pending
May 29 - Assessment
June 20 - Decision Pending
June 23 - DL received by my employer

Congratulations! Wow NMBI was quick to send your Decision Letter! I had to wait for 4 days before they posted mine. I have to hear yet from my agency if they have received it. NMBI told me that they should receive it yesterday or today.

Hi Vera007! Thank you! Mine took a while, almost a month for it to change into decision pending but I know some that took just a week. Good luck and I'm sure you'll get yours soon too!

Sadly, NMBI has backlog at the moment and it will take 4 weeks now. Nonetheless, congratulations! You must be really relieved now. You are almost there.

Thank you carlomarcos. Sincerely I'm relieved although it took a lot of calling and emailing but in the end it paid off. I pray mine doesn't take that long.
