I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and now working as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse here in Saudi Arabia for almost two years.
I am planning to move my nursing career further in Ireland. I have paid the €350 assessment fee with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and the accounts department already provided me with a pin and advised me to wait for the delivery of my application pack.
The assessment fee was processed since April 17, 2015. I just wonder about how long it would take me to receive the application pack here in Saudi Arabia.
I hope that someone could help me. I'm so excited to process my application for Registration with NMBI.
I just checked my documents today. As of March 6, 2017 6:17 PM GMT, they had updated my tracking application, leaving out my Name Change Docs, CCPS, Employer's and Transcript Outstanding.
I'm still kind of anxious because I'm not sure of Name Change docs. Is it the one with our names in different forms? Because if it is, I included that in my Section 1. Also, my CCPS and Employers were already received last Feb 27 and March 2, respectively, but they hadn't still reflected that one.
I still have one document on outstanding status. NMBI received my transcript of training last feb 20 but they haven't updated it yet until now. It's making me feel more anxious as that document was the longest, most expensive and hardest to secure. My university took almost a month to finish it and made me pay so much.

The name change docs is the notarized statement that explains that you are one and the same person identified in your passport/birth certificate and ielts trf or other documents that doesnt mention your middle name. nmbi is very strict about names. You can have it typed in any notary public offices in manila.

No, they changed mine all at the same time. You can email them with a scanned copy of your ielts trf and an explanation saying that you have sent them by courier notarized statement about your name discrepancy. I sent them an email even before they have everything updated. Here are their email adress:

same here... my grad program and name change doc are still oustanding.... i just called nmbi today and they told they are going to make a report about it.... haaaay
They have updated my ielts but not my name change docs. Are they the same?
No.. but you can ask them whats pending with your change name document. Maybe they saw some discrepancy with your name in one of your documents. Try to send them an email. Hope it works.
