I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and now working as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse here in Saudi Arabia for almost two years.
I am planning to move my nursing career further in Ireland. I have paid the €350 assessment fee with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and the accounts department already provided me with a pin and advised me to wait for the delivery of my application pack.
The assessment fee was processed since April 17, 2015. I just wonder about how long it would take me to receive the application pack here in Saudi Arabia.
I hope that someone could help me. I'm so excited to process my application for Registration with NMBI.
Sorry for the long absence. NMBI emailed me saying that they might have misplaced my CCPS form and verification that was why my papers were not moving. They were very apologetic. They said they will issue an immediate DL upon receipt of my CCPS form and verification. I had to re-do everything with the PRC and courier it again to NMBI. Lol.
Piece of advise: Always follow up with NMBI if you think your papers are taking too long to progress. Thanks.

That was annoying but we had no power over them so we just hope for them to immediately grant you your DL. :)

hi! Did you contact NMBI about the reasons for the delay in your papers or were they the one who initiated to inform you?
I had been calling them every now and then before they emailed me. Totally not a problem with me as long as i know that my papers are having a progress.
i called NMBI last week regarding the status of my application since my account still shows no division found, the one i talked to told me it would take 10-15 days before it gets updated.... maybe im just too excited hehehehehe... i sent my last document just today.... i hope all goes well :-)
I also feel the same. They had already received my section 1 and employer ref and still my tracker says no division found. Did you already send your school, PRC and employer reference? Wow that was fast. :)

everything was sent and received already. as of yesterday, i can see some oustanding documents on my nmbi account. the only updated document on the system was my ielts and section 1 fee. i called earlier to ask for another update and was told to wait until first week of march

My grad programme and name change doc has been outstanding for almost 3 weeks now.. i kept on sending email to [email protected] but got no response from them. i tried calling the nmbi hotline and i was just told to wait for another week. phew... kinda frustrating. my other doc like transcript and employers forms are still outstanding, it was received 2 weeks ago. My ccps although already received by them but still not showing in my nmbi account since they are still awaiting for my us license verification.

As a friendly advice, makeup your mind on your choice of country. As long as you are half minded you cant really focus, especially on IELTS. And on the job, there is an available job as long as you are eligible to become a nurse in Ireland.
Also, the application package isn't your priority right now. Spend your time and energy for your IELTS exam and everything will follow through.

oh my god. I really understand your feelings. They cant answer my inquiries regarding my documents, and i'm kind of frustrated and anxious because of what ifs like what if they misplaced my docs and so forth. We hafta wait for a month
