Hi everyone,
I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and now working as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse here in Saudi Arabia for almost two years.
I am planning to move my nursing career further in Ireland. I have paid the €350 assessment fee with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and the accounts department already provided me with a pin and advised me to wait for the delivery of my application pack.
The assessment fee was processed since April 17, 2015. I just wonder about how long it would take me to receive the application pack here in Saudi Arabia.
I hope that someone could help me. I'm so excited to process my application for Registration with NMBI.
Thanks.
theres a member at ireland fb group it took 1 month and a half before she gets her decision letter. all documents were sent to NMBI dec 5 then she got her decision letter january 20. maybe it will all depend on whose assessing or reviewing your documents.90 working days. They had christmas and new year's breaks. Plus all saturdays and sundays and the non working days. I think it is still within the 90 day period.

Would you mind sharing the name of the group so I read their updates too? Thank you in advance
Really? Wow. I've actually read that some people get their dl's just a month after everything has been received by nmbi but this is the first time that I've heard it happening recently. I hope you get yours soon Lilandoy and I hope that all our dl's arrive as soon as possible and with favorable results. :)
just search filipino nurses in ireland group.anyway, just sent my NMBI section I pack this morning thru FEDEX, i hope all goes well. by wednesday i'll be sending my PRC and employer's reference form. :-)Would you mind sharing the name of the group so I read their updates too? Thank you in advance
Yeah, i guess it varies differently with each applicant and the one giving the assessment. My friend got his DL 2nd week of january. He told me NMBI received his documents last september 2016. It is fine with me as i am not in a hurry with everything. Anyway, i dont have an agency here in the phils. But i do have one in ireland. They said they have a partner agency in here. And i think i might have to go there once i get my DL. Thanks

Hi! Can anyone in here in light us ahead about the "Graduate program" on the pack? Like, who should we give that form to, is it necessary, what if we haven't undergone to that program would they accept it as it is and whatnot. PLEASE DO GIVE INFOS ON THIS! AND HELP US NEW NMBI APPLICANTS :)I was advised by someone from my agency that if I didn't have any postgrad education, I should just write N/A in that section and include it with my section 1 for sending to NMBI.
i attached two copies of my passport size photo; i paste 1 photo in the packet and the other one just placed it along with my other documents in the envelope with my name and ref no. at the back of the photoRegarding section 1, how many passport size photographs do I need to send in? Do I need to paste the photo in the section 1 form or just staple it so the name written at the back won't be removed?
