Hi everyone,
I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and now working as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse here in Saudi Arabia for almost two years.
I am planning to move my nursing career further in Ireland. I have paid the €350 assessment fee with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and the accounts department already provided me with a pin and advised me to wait for the delivery of my application pack.
The assessment fee was processed since April 17, 2015. I just wonder about how long it would take me to receive the application pack here in Saudi Arabia.
I hope that someone could help me. I'm so excited to process my application for Registration with NMBI.
Thanks.
Hello everyone. My agency (nurseireland) gave me an update regarding my NMBI packet last week and told me they already received my packet and forwarded to serviecon agency here in cebu. Been waiting for that packet for almost 3 months now...
Your agency in ireland will send your pack via courier? Wow. I think thay's not a good idea. I think it's better if they could just scan it so you may receive it asap. 3 months is too much
they will courier it to serviecon their agency counterpart here in cebu. serviecon will handover the packet to me once received.Your agency in ireland will send your pack via courier? Wow. If you had waited for 3 months to receive your pack, when did you learn that NMBI had already credited the 350 euros to your account? I'm still waiting for mine too and they said it'll take a month and I'm on my 3rd week of waiting *frustrating
my NMBI packet already arrived here in cebu and will be picking it up tomorrow. it was actually my agency who paid the 350 euros. however my friend who was processing on her own back in november, she used my credit card for the nmbi payment. the 350 euros was deducted in my cc about 2 days after they received the application. :-) shes still waiting for her packet to arrive til nowIf you had waited for 3 months to receive your pack, when did you learn that NMBI had already credited the 350 euros to your account? But your friend's been waiting for 2 months already, and they said we only need to wait for a month. That's terrible
I will be sending my section 1 tomorrow. But I am having a problem completing the beginning of section 1. On Part C, the address written was that of my agency and on the next part it asks if I am authorizing an agency to follow-up on my behalf. Should I rewrite again the agency and its address? Or should I just put "Not applicable" because I was thinking it will just be redundant. What do you guys think? I hope you can help me asap. I asked the agency and they said it's okay if i put in not applicable on the agency. But a friend of mine wrote in the agency address, and was advised that it also is okay and that she should put in her email address after it. I am quite confused. Is it better if i put it in or not?
Part C no.1, just tick the small box above your agency's address.
Part C no.2, write your Agency's name and address if you want them to follow up your NMBI application on your behalf if needed. Please read the conditions below Part C no. 2.
Hope this helps. As for me, i didnot write my agency's name on part 2 because i wanted to follow up with NMBI myself. Thanks
Oh, ok. I was actually thinking that I also want to be able to follow up on my own application but I also figured that maybe things will be faster if the agency followed up on my application. Anyway, thank you for explaining it to me. It helped a lot. God bless you LilAndoy! í ½í±Œí ½í¸€
